    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I also stand to support this Motion and really say that it is time to give money to the Government, and do so at the right time. I want also to say that since the new dispensation under the new Constitution started we have really been progressing well. I want to encourage this House that we also try as much as possible to keep time in terms of bringing and passing Bills at the right time. We do not really need to bring a lot of Procedural Motions in future to reduce timings."
