    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I congratulate the Mover of this Bill. It is very timely. It was only the other day when one of senior citizens in this country was denied some service at the airport by one of the airlines. When people read about that, they asked whether the disabled have no room in this country to participate in its affairs and also to do things. The Mover has brought in this Bill at the right time, I support it and further say that county governments should look at the example of the county government of Nairobi; it has created parking spaces for the disabled.
