    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Let me start off by also congratulating the Mover of the Bill. I would like to go a little further and say that for us to be able to properly, adequately and comprehensively deal with the issue of people living with disabilities, we need to start from the beginning. The beginning means parents and education. My plea to parents out there is that if you have a child who has disability, please make sure that this child gets all the opportunities available. Let us make sure that our institutions have facilities to be able to cater for these children."
