    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I want to confirm that Mweru III Scheme is in my constituency. Since this annex is from the Ministry, the Chairman could clarify whether or not there is an intention of auctioning a part of my constituency to North Imenti. Mweru III is an area which has no title deeds and there have been no complaints from the people who have been allocated land. What, perhaps, needs to be done is to issue title deeds to the people of Mweru III in South Imenti and not in North Imenti."
