"content": "Hon. Speaker, I believe he was not trying to impute improper motive on an hon. Member of this House. I can assure you that I am very impartial when it comes to carrying out my duties as the Chairman. This is a matter that is supposed to be handled by the Committee and the report is at the draft stage. We will invite him to come, so that we discuss the same issue. Indeed, I have withdrawn myself from handling that matter as the Chairman. We have a sub-committee handling that matter headed by hon. Kanini Kega. That is a matter that should rest once and for all."
