    "content": "(i) On Article 46, on the Consumer Protection Bill, the Attorney-General has confirmed that there is already a Consumer Protection Act, 2012, which Parliament enacted in December, 2012. The Attorney-General and the Commission for Implementation of the Constitution (CIC) have agreed in writing that the Act suffices for the purpose of meeting the constitutional deadline of 27th August, 2014."
