    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker for giving me the opportunity to contribute on the Appropriation Bill. Contrary to what some people have been thinking, this Budget was a real working of the Budget and Appropriations Committee and the Treasury. I can stress that the Committee worked as a link between the National Assembly and the National Treasury. So, there was nothing that was rubberstamped in this Budget. Figures were brought and we looked at them."
