    "content": "Yes, hon. Chairlady. I just want to say something. I think this country is faced with a lot of challenges, especially in terms of the absorption rate but we understand from the Cabinet Secretary that this time round the Government has placed a lot of emphasis on starting the programmes on time and, therefore, even if these cuts have been done, we urge this House to support. This is because we are still a House which is driving the Budget and, therefore, in the next two months we will be very strict on what the Cabinet Secretary has pledged on the absorption rate. Therefore, we will consider anything which will be required to replace what we are cutting after we bring the first supplementary budget."
