Chairlady, yesterday I said that when this House makes decisions I think the Executive has a duty to respect some of these decisions because they are informed by public participation. The Budget and Appropriations Committee went to the rural setting. They met the public and at the end of the day the public pleaded with the Committee to have some of this money set aside. Now, this is a situation where we are going back to our decision in terms of what the public presented. So, I will not support Amendment D146 and I am happy that you have given me a chance to raise my concerns."
