    "content": "Hon. Chairlady, I am sure the Chair of Budget and Appropriations Committee will agree with me that the money that he is reducing is the extra allocation from his Committee. The allocation from the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources is still intact. What the Chair and the Budget and Appropriations Committee are reducing is the extra allocation they had given to those dams. I think he has given the reasons. It is not right to say that the total amount for those dams from the national Government has been touched. What is being touched under Vote D146 is what was allocated. I am sure the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee can confirm. What the hon. Member is saying is not the correct position."
