    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is one of the schools in my area which has been performing extremely well because of this principal who was transferred abruptly. He was transferred on 18th May and not on 21st of April as explained by the Assistant Minister. This is a school which has always recorded a mean grade of 8.6 or 8.9 throughout the four years he was the principal there. He was then removed abruptly in the middle of the year. Could the Assistant Minister tell us whether they have proper policy which addresses the transfer of teachers, principals or head teachers who are performing well, in well-established schools? Do they have a proper policy for those transfers?"
