    "content": "unbundling of the health functions as prescribed in the Constitution should be done as a matter of urgency. Last but not least, on the Health Bill and policy, the Committee would like to report that high level consultations have since been held between the Ministry and the Committee and consensus reached that the Health Bill, which is the guiding document in the devolution of health services be prioritized by the Executive as a matter of urgency and the Committee has already taken this up. This will guarantee effective coordination of health services and guide devolution of the health sector. In conclusion, I wish to thank your office and that of the Clerk for your constant support and facilitation of the Committee’s activities. With those remarks, I beg to move and request hon.
