These are issues which should be addressed, so that we know which ones are national referral hospitals. We have now devolved health services. The lack of clarity in this matter is causing some teething problems, which should be addressed. Hon. Speaker, the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Health talked about the Kenya Medical Supplies Agency (KEMSA).
