    "content": "What we are saying is that this House goes above board and makes sure that we correct this thing. In one of our recommendations, we are saying that let the county governments and the national Government form a task force immediately to make sure that devolution of health services is done in the correct manner and that we do not have any more calamities and lose any more patients in our hospitals because of lack of funds."
