    "content": "Hon. Members, I think we get jittery over non-issues actually. I do not think there is anything wrong in casting aspersions. A Member of Parliament is at liberty to make whatever statement as long as they are within the law. To even imagine that maybe some people, who may have invested in the so-called Euro Bond could be some phantoms, is not entirely un-parliamentary. So, I do not see anything out of Order."
