    "content": "More importantly is the national title centre which we all know is going to solve many disputes in this country. The harmonization which will be done between the Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development and the National Lands Commission will help our people. If this money would be available, our people would benefit from loans at reduced interest rates. Title deeds will be available on time and people can use them to take loans. In turn, this money will be used to develop this country."
