First, coming from Kajiado Central, I wish to make a very strong appeal to the Commission on Revenue Allocation. Kajiado Central has been totally marginalised. It is not in the Equalisation Fund and I would like this to be known, that we are a very dry and arid area. The Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) needs to know this."
