The law requires PSC to bring an independent budget to Parliament and not through Treasury and, therefore, we should tell the Treasury that they are not over sighting and perfecting the PSC. It is the work of this Parliament and so we told him that we will not accept the Kshs5.2 billion that you are reducing and we will take it back because it is not your job."
