It is also important to note that this Bill has really considered some of the very important sectors of our country like the question of security. At the moment we are dealing with issues of security which are very serious and this Appropriation Bill has given good resources to the Police, Kenya Defence Force (KDF) and even to the National Intelligence Service (NIS)."
