I also want to support this Bill; before I give my comments on the Appropriation Bill, I want to assure the Leader of the Majority Party that he has no cause for alarm basically because when this Budget was being prepared, a number of assumptions were made. If these assumptions do not hold, then a number of things will have to happen in this Budget and one of them is that we will be collecting over a trillion shillings as a country in revenue generation. If that does not happen, then automatically we will have a bigger gap than that we are talking about."
