    "content": "They do not do the work that should be done; there are committees that are set up to oversee implementation. All that a Member of Parliament does, which is the reason why we get elected in Kenya, is to be a development agent who takes development back to our people. I think the law must support that premise. The money that we have in the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) is really appreciated because it will do a lot of work in our constituencies."
