    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the County Women Representatives (CWRs) have had a fairly long and interesting story in terms of getting our funding. Today, we sit here happy and appreciative that we have Kshs7 million going to every constituency for overseeing by the CWRs. We are truly grateful and we want to play our rightful role in complementing what the CDF is doing. So, we this Budget. I think I am almost saying “Mutava for President” and we are no longer saying “Mutava must go”."
