    "content": "On health matters, again we appreciate very much the funding that is going to maternal health. For the first time in the history of our country, we have 68 per cent of the women of this country delivering in hospitals, accessing immunization for children and curbing maternal and child mortality. We appreciate that and continue to emphasize that it should go up to 100 per cent; all the women of our country should deliver in hospitals."
