As long as we have poor people in this country, that remains our judgement and not really how many of us are driving Mercedes Benz; it is really about how many of us are sleeping hungry. As long as we have funds like those for cash transfers, we will appreciate this Budget, and the economy will move forward; it will not leave the poor people behind."
