The road which is in Bomet, Sotik-Bomet-Narok Road, was done by retired President Moi. Just because retired President Kibaki did the Thika Super Highway, do not pretend roads were done all over this country. He only did in specific areas of this country; retired President Moi was able to do roads in many areas of this country."
