    "content": "On the issue of roads, I am very happy with this Budget; I am supporting it because we are allocating about Kshs.100 billion to roads. This is because they are a key thing in this country and without them we may not develop and we need lots of resources to be allocated to them. I am hopeful that roads which are going to be constructed will cover the whole country; they will not be in specific regions. I am hopeful that we are going to get tarmacked roads in Bomet Central and Bomet County because we do need them. We did pass a Motion as a House that we require in each of our constituencies at least 20 kilometers of roads to be tarmacked. I hope the Executive will fulfill that thinking of this House, that at least 20 kilometers of roads in every constituency should be tarmacked."
