Also about toilets, most of our schools have very bad toilets and we need to give more funds to our schools to improve their environment. Now that we are appropriating all this money, we do trust--- Now that we are appropriating all this money we trust the people who are going to be in charge of it--- We Members of Parliament are not going to be in charge of it. The Executive is going to be in charge of it. We should reduce corruption in various ministries. This money should go to the right people and projects, so that our people can benefit. However, the amount of corruption that is there currently may not allow that. I would wish that---"
