Temporary Deputy Speaker, having said that, I want to appreciate that the Budget has covered various things that are very good for our country, including the standard gauge railway (SGR). This will make transport cheaper, efficient and we will compete with regional powers like Tanzania, which is already constructing a bigger port at Bagamoyo linking up Rwanda and Uganda. Those are our competitors."
