That is because we are not engaging you as part of the Executive. We are engaging you as a Chair of a Committee who has done some investigations and is now reporting to us. I have a problem. I do not know whether this Committee inquired into and is reporting on this matter. The other Committees should, in future, change the way they report to us. They should report to the House as it should be by telling us that they have enquired and this is the response that they have got from the Ministries rather than reading to us verbatim letters from the Principal Secretaries."
