    "content": "Thank you, Deputy Speaker. I also want to support this Motion; I want to say that time is of essence. I think we should stop telling people that we do not have funding. The sooner we pass this Appropriation Bill the better for us, so that we can now get down to work. When we go on recess in the next month we hope we will have some funds to do our projects in the constituencies."
