    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we are aware of the causes of accidents on that particular spot. We are addressing the main causes. We are trying to find a solution to move the trucks that wait to be diverted to the weighbridge. Then, there are trucks and lorries that wait to get police escort to their destinations. There is also an error in the design of the road. The weighbridge is on the opposite side of the road. So, it causes the trucks to interfere with other vehicles. Those are the problems that we have identified and, as I reported, we are holding consultations with the Ministry of Roads and the Mavoko County Council to get a parking area away from the main highway and, at the same time, place the weighbridge there."
