    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I have done it twice but they are not amending it. But I rise to support this amendment realizing that we live with people with disabilities and we know how they suffer. This amendment has come at the right time and we hope that when it goes through, we shall have all the amendments agreed upon. Accessing buildings is a big deal and we hope that a law will come up that will ensure that any building coming up has such facilities for people living with disabilities."
