    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I want to suggest a way forward. Before we start voting, it is well known that the people who vote on behalf of delegations like today, normally get up and state that they have instructions from their leaders of delegations. The votes are then counted and it is known who is voting for whom. I think after that, we can proceed to vote the electronic way. I think the only discrepancy so far is on Senators who belong to a delegation."
