    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I want to second the amendment. My fellow Senators have talked so passionately about the importance of this coconut plant. Many people at the coast region depend entirely on this plant. I am aware that many children and some leaders of this country from the coastal region are successful because their parents have been growing the coconut tree to enable them pay school fees for their children. At the same time, it is a source of income to the people of the coastal region."
