This is a very simple matter because the Tea Board of Kenya is supposed to be dissolved under the ALFA Act. However, the Tea Board of Kenya has not been disolved because the Crops Act, which was in existence before has not been operationalised; the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act, which was to have disolved the Tea Board of Kenya is still under consideration before the House."
