    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, for giving me this chance to support the amendment. The reason for this amendment is informed by what Members actually had elucidated on the Floor of the House, in the sense that it touched on some constitutional matters. We had suggested that devolution of health be reversed. This appears to have been too drastic a measure or recommendation from the Committee. We felt that this could be ameliorated by removing the idea of reversing the devolution."
