    "content": "Thirdly, I have had serious cases out there with the health workers. I have gone to dispensaries and found that workers are very disillusioned because their basic needs are not met. I have had cases where two people from my place have resigned and gone to Namibia, because workers welfare is not catered for. They do not even have houses. We were in a hurry to devolve this function, which is very important; because of the problems we are facing out there, let us relook at this function, and see the best way of handling even the workers."
