    "content": "Some of these services and areas are very sensitive and need to be handled very carefully; health is one of them and of course the others would include security and perhaps food sufficiency. These are areas that we need to handle, even if we are devolving them. As a Member of the Committee on Health I know that they are dealing with issues of Health Bill and health policies, so that we can create proper coordinating structure that will oversee even matters of quality assurance. We do not need to have different standards in our 47 counties."
