    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, first and foremost, let me set the record straight. Bura and Hola Irrigation Schemes and, indeed, all irrigation schemes had died. In other words, they were not there until 2008 when we resuscitated them. So, there cannot be anybody who has worked there for ten or 15 years and he knows it. It is only the other day that we started the Bura Irrigation Scheme. In fact, to be precise, it was in August 2008, when we re-launched the Hola and Bura irrigation schemes. So, they were not there 15 years ago. That is the position and he knows it."
