    "content": "I believe that we shall have a smooth business for our brothers with these regulations. This is especially those who are scared that this Bill is coming to push them out of business. I believe that the Bill will regulate their business and we are regulating everything in this world. We are going digital. We are going in the right direction and things are changing. Let us move from the old laws and embrace new laws so that we can move forward together. This is not a punitive measure to kill people’s businesses. Personally, I do not see it that way. The brothers who are trying to sponsor others to stop us from debating this Bill should think twice. They should know that we are trying to regulate their businesses and not killing them."
