    "content": "(b) When the reconstruction works are expected to commence I want to answer as follows:- The delay in the construction of the road has been caused by lack of budgetary allocations. Secondly, the road has been placed on the priority list of the project to be undertaken through annuity program in the next Financial Year 2014/2015. However, the Ministry, through Kenya National Highways Authority, awarded a contract on March 2014 for Kshs5.5 million to make the road motorable. At the moment, the work is going on."
