Wamunyinyi because these functions we are discussing are carried out by the Psychologists and Counsellors’ Society. Those are responsible for research and periodicals and even the promotion in international journals. We felt that if we take those functions from the society and give them to the board, there will be an overlap of functions. Therefore, we wanted to have a clear distinction of the functions."
