    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, my intervention is that these paragraphs are very good and hon. Wamunyinyi has said that they are provided elsewhere without telling us where that elsewhere is. If you are removing them without telling us where else they are appearing, then I would be opposing because these are very good provisions on research, protecting and assisting members of the profession and on educating the public. If it is being removed, where has it been relocated? If it has not been located anywhere I would want to persuade hon. Wamunyinyi not to move this amendment. So, if they are located elsewhere, then please let us know."
