Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 26 be amended— (a) in sub-clause (3) by inserting the expression “and all avenues of appeal have been exhausted” immediately after the word “Act” appearing in sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a); (b) in sub-clause (4) by inserting the word “written” between the words “the” and “consent”; (c) in sub-clause (5) by deleting the expression “in substitution for or” appearing after the word “register”."
