    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, last week, Mr. Koech, demanded in this House that the Minister for Medical Services makes a Statement in the House with regard to the appointment of the Chief Executive Office of the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have already discussed this matter with the Speaker and explained to him that my senior officials in the Ministry; that is the Permanent Secretary, the Director of Medical Services and the Chairman of the Board are all out of the country. As soon as they come back and after consultation with them, I will make this Statement in the House on 7th June, 2010."
