    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I want us to put it on record that the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, and the county governments, have not taken this problem seriously. Most of the maize farmers are running into losses. I am not sure if they are going to continue growing maize. Right now, most of the farmers, including me, have moved away from growing maize. We are now growing other crops, including wheat. This is going to affect the food security of this country.
