    "content": "In that respect we have done well because the original version of the amended Bill really had issues as I had said earlier. Of course, now we have a forum where we can coordinate development projects in the counties. This is a good step in the right direction because we all know that in our respective counties, there are projects which emanate directly from the national Government and those which are strictly initiated at the county, constituency and ward levels. Sometimes, trying to coordinate the projects has become a problem and sometimes ridiculous crashes do occur."
