    "content": "of Parliament are complaining that they have no forum to discuss issues with governors. We do not have a chance to dialogue with the governors. This board will give us a chance to dialogue with them. I am hoping that every person in this country is going to take advantage of the constitutional and statutory organs and institutions that the law has created to dialogue; not go to the streets and dialogue with microphones. Let us take advantage of these institutions including this one. With those few remarks, I support."
