    "content": "It will be to the benefit of the people we represent if that board is established. It will create a forum where we can consult and co-ordinate development work. That is particularly so when the board will be chaired by a senator. That is very instructive because Members of Parliament both at the Senate and the National Assembly level are the people who are more in touch with the common mwananchi at the constituency and county levels.
