    "content": "I congratulate Members of the Mediation Committee - this being the inaugural oversight Committee to have sat to resolve the disputes between the Senate and the National Assembly. We know that last year, some money was budgeted and sent to the governors. But as we sit here in this Parliament of about 349 Members, I do not think 10 or more Members know what that money did for their counties."
